I think you might have more than just issues with the operating system. I run Windows 10 at home and Windows 10 fast track at work and have nearly 0 issues(the ones I do run into are only on the fast track). In addition, none of my coworkers seem to be running into any issues like this. Before my current computer I was purely a Mac user. These days I run into more issues on my MBP than my SB.
