I don't think many orgs actually quantify the cost which is the point the article is trying to make. Figure out what it costs _you_.

    If measuring the cost is important and not many organisations do it, then clearly some people might benefit from hearing this.

    If everyone know that, then why don't organizations prioritize this relative to the size of the potential cost?
