I can agree it's honest but being honest doesn't suddenly make it good from the employee's perspective. I'm not saying a fixed contribution is a terrible decis

I can agree it's honest but being honest doesn't suddenly make it good from the employee's perspective. I'm not saying a fixed contribution is a terrible decision that will ruin all hope of hiring/keeping good employees. But it is something that is clearly in the company's best interest at the direct expense of the employee so it's going to be a factor just like everything else is.
