It's an odd choice to use a name with such strong historic connotations as opposed to something generic like Yahoo or Google. This might create expectations or alienate some users. And the asterisk is just annoying. But on the other hand, if they are successful the name won't matter one iota.
- jacquesm 16y agoI don't know, to me the name was very apt. A large number of people leaving their 'home'. I've seen worse metaphors.
- orblivion 16y agoI wouldn't be surprised if they decide that this was just a "code name" for the project and come up with something that sells better. Though I like the name.
