>Why should Microsoft cater to people who want to boot Linux?
They don't need to cater to them, they need to NOT block them from doing so, because they're a monopoly in this space.

- tornadoboy55 10y agoWhich is kind of silly since Apple (notorious for 'my way or the highway') officially supports dual-booting Windows.
- WayneBro 10y agoApple needs Windows because next to nobody depends on Mac OS X to do anything. Meanwhile, 90% of the world uses Windows. Microsoft doesn't need Linux desktop barely anybody runs it.
