I'm always fascinated with how deep some niche-topics are. I mean, it's just a shoelace and very few people think about it at all. So cool! Fun fact: searching for 'shoelace' on google puts this site on third place for me, right after shoelace.com and the wikipedia entry. edit: Ian Figgen is the inventor of the Ian knot that somebody else has posted here. He has to be _really_ into shoelacing!
