The Mozilla Foundation is the sole shareholder of the Mozilla Corporation. As a point of interest, much of the money the corporation brings in through their search deal with Google is redistributed to the employees by way of a generous bonus structure. It's one of the ways they compete with stock-distributing startups for talent. I think the fact that an OSS company can do so well within the context of Silicon Valley is awesome. Moz rocks.
