Oh yes we still have toll roads and the never ending construction projects. Most of them are managed by the government but the skyway (I-90 from the city into Indiana) has been privatized. I couldn't tell you what it's like though as I almost never take it. I can say that after Chicago privatized the parking meters the rates (naturally) skyrocketed from their subsidized levels and street parking since then has been used much more efficiently.
