Well, I can really only go on by what I read in the press. All that killing he's doing to squash dissent. Doesn't sounds like spends much time listening to any rational argument beyond he who can kill people makes the rules. And, to be fair, that argument seems to work for a lot of people (looking at you, Putin, Assad, etc).
