- matthewmcg 10y agoIncorrect--both insurers and providers are regulated primarily at the state level. Allowing insurers to sell across state lines would be a federal action overriding state sovereignty which is typically not thought of as a "conservative" position.
- mullen 10y agoI also can't imagine that would be constitutional either.
