I can't speak for the quality of Mercedes interface (and this is obviously marketing for non-programmers) but LOC seems like an odd thing to be emphasising.
- Matthias247 10y agoThese things are quite random, because most likely they counted also all dependencies in - including LoC for OS kernel, all libraries, etc. And how much LoC is boost alone? :D
- kchoudhu 10y agoAs a programmer who strongly believes in less being more, remind me to never buy a Merc.
- usaphp 10y agoBecause some marketing guru thought that it's a great idea to advertise it that way? Common...they are great cars

- brink 10y agoSounds like it's full of spaghetti code.
- pjc50 10y agoAt one undiscovered bug per KLOc, that's basically advertising that their software is a disastrous ball of mud. KLOC are something you spend, a debt you accumulate.
