I thought I was only a borderline outlier, but I read nearly as many books as the top 35% in this poll does, in a typical month (especially winter months). 2-3 books a week is a normal week, not a heavy reading week.
The bulk of it is fiction, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, and it's easy, light reading, and is quite relaxing and entertaining. I have Kindle Unlimited and it seems there's no shortage of halfway decent fare for me to consume.
I do probably "read" (in that I start and don't finish, as you mention) those 11 books every week, thanks the to sheer amount of drek that is also on the KU platform, but a few pages in is typically enough for me to spot a steaming pile.
