A simple answer is to keep doing what you did to get your initial users, until that thing doesn't work anymore.
- MrPolymatth 10y agoThis is exactly his problem though. After having enough customers to validate the idea, using the same method doesn't help him to grow the user base. In other words, doing what he did isn't working anymore for him.
