There's your problem. When you have vaguely defined laws, you have a system that can criminalize even the most ordinary and innocent behaviors.
- mnm1 10y agoTotally agree. Sadly, however, it's not a bug, it's a feature of the legal system in the US. When the target is everyone and their everyday activities, such vague laws serve that purpose extremely well.
