Yes, it does. I'm currently using. It's a little tricky as you have to use postcss-loader as well (along with sass-loader).

  Very cool :D What's the tricky part? I would probably simply get the bootstrap npm package, sass-loader and try to check which sass files of bootstrap I need to require.

    I did exactly what you suggested, and the tricky part was figuring out postcss was needed as well.
