    "bare with me" can only make sense if the author is asking us to remove our clothing along with him. I don't think that was his intent. Telling him about the typo was meant as a courtesy to him, because I appreciate his post and want to help strengthen it in this small way.

      you're assuming he wants to bare his body. maybe he wants to bare his soul.
