Question from someone who hasn't been to the US in 2 decades: Is the MJ culture of the US where it's legalised (Colorado, LA, etc.) such that you get coffeeshops like the Netherlands, or is it more a dispensery style arrangement where you buy it for consumption in a private premises such as your home, or both?
