Universities need foreign students to fund the school (including tuition subsidies for state residents) because state legislature won't.
- kobeya 10y agoNo, they need foreign students because they've unsustainable built infrastructure (buildings, stadiums, etc.) using debt financing that the state legislature isn't paying for.
