- astine 10y agoThere are actually generally rules for which employees have responsibility over the vaults in banks. The employees aren't equally responsible. Roles and responsibility are defined strictly. Generally, the lowly tellers aren't allowed the same access to the money as the general manager, and they aren't held responsible to the same degree if money in the vault goes missing.
