Indeed, many safeguards were deliberately disabled during this "test".
- pja 10y agoWell, it was a test & it was deliberate. But definitely not routine. I imagine the author is trying to convey that it was a pre-planned action, not a response to some kind of emergency. It was still a terrible, terrible idea of course.
