I'd love it if the default was to use some very lightweight WebRTC app where you just created a new link for each conversation. I don't think it's likely to happen any time soon unfortunately. Regarding Facebook, it still feels weird, I'm not sure I can put my finger on exactly why. I just want to keep "friends" and "business" totally separate.
