I agree but you seem confused about the phrase/concept of "tort reform", which in the abstract could mean many things BUT as usually touted by politicians, generally involves making it harder for companies and individuals to sue other companies/individuals for damages.
- wyldfire 10y agoMaybe they're from the future and it's long since been changed to prevent individuals from bringing suit against corporation. So in that future "tort reform" means repealing the previous reform. Honest timetraveler mistake.
