Headline is shameless click-bait. Percentage change is much more valuable than absolute dollars. From the article: "An increase in retirement savings of 0.6 percentage points [from 2010 to 2015]".
- apendleton 10y agoAs the article also says, though, that's a ten percent increase. That's significant.
- AngrySkillzz 10y agoReading is fundamental. 0.6 on a rate of 6.2. That's roughly 10%. What would you do if your savings was 10% larger?
