I am running a niche SaaS for franchisees of several buy/sell/trade retail stores. Http://ResaleAI.com I built the entire thing myself, handled partnerships, support, sales, etc. All while still running three of these stores. While I did all of the development, I do have a full-time executive assistant who helps me with a ton of things (email, scheduling, errands, etc). Now I am building a team because there is no way I would be able to maximize this opportunity by myself.
