Sure yeah. For me I have a 64gb iPhone 6+ and 3gb/month data but I use about 1 or 2. Wifi at work and home. I don't use social media or a lot of other stuff either and don't really watch movies or tv shows on my phone (or at all). I have a lot of music, but since getting a subscription service I went from like 20gb of music stored on my phone to 4. It all depends on your habits. I also don't really play games other than hearthstone, but I'm rarely bored enough to even do that! I'm not a typical case here though just mentioning my habits for fun.
