An HTML shell that can handle resource loading, plus a bunch of JS methods for providing IO to WebAssembly. In the future it will be possible to do something like https://github.com/brson/mir2wasm https://github.com/brson/mir2wasm to go directly from LLVM to WASM (though IO functionality will need to be supplied separately).
