The article is light on details. What "costs" are they talking about?
- tunnuz 10y agoThey needed to employ 17 extra people on top of the 68 employees taking part in the pilot, in order to guarantee the level of service. Which to me is a win (17 people got a job) but it is clearly a cost increase that the employer was not ready to accept.
