If you are a web developer how do you test for safari outside of OSX ?
- _ZeD_ 10y agoI personally just ignore safari altogether. It's a "zero point something percent" of the clients in my works.
- therealmarv 10y agoSeems you are not working on world wide mobile reachable websites where e.g. most of US users are browsing with Safari.
- GordonS 10y agomost US users? Really?
- favadi 10y agosafari on iOS I think, which make sense.
- therealmarv 10y agotaken the fact that many people nowadays surf only on mobile look here for yourself: http://gs.statcounter.com/#mobile_browser-US-monthly-201512-201612 http://gs.statcounter.com/#mobile_browser-US-monthly-201512-...

- onion2k 10y agoUse Browserstack (or one of the alternatives). The situation is exactly the same as every other browser you don't have direct access to, whether it's IE10 on Windows 7, Android Browser on a Galaxy S4, or a Windows phone, etc.
- therealmarv 10y ago+1 for Browserstack. If you are open source developer ask them for sponsorship. Really friendly people there.
