YouCompleteMe on Rust has pretty good JumpToDefinition support for Rust.
You can also use https://github.com/nrc/rust-dxr https://github.com/nrc/rust-dxr to index rust code via DXR.
IIRC ctags also works with Rust.
RLS should cover this pretty well too once it happens.
