I suffer from general anxiety. I listed some of the common symptoms of such (chest pain, feeling anxious). I was given a "weak evidence" report of myocardial infarction, and there was no mention of anxiety. I assume most people new to the symptoms do not know what myocardial infarction is (heart attack). And that if you are experiencing one or new symptoms you should consult with a doctor (call family doctor or visit ER, etc.) I had no trouble communicating my symptoms and the questions made sense, but despite this the information shown in the end was not helpful in some obvious ways. This seems like a substantial usability problem that is not addressed in your article.
