What "universal" in UBI means actually? If we pay to some of people then it's not universal. No matter if it's the top 1% or the poorest.
- powmonk 10y agoIt means taking the massive chunk that goes to the 1% and instead redistribute it evenly to everyone (including the 1%, but this time they get a much smaller piece)
