@chillydawg, Based on the options they have been offered (200 * 1300 = 260,000), What reasonable amount of money do you think they should ask for on-top of their salary, if they forego the options?
- chillydawg 10y agoAsk for another 100 grand, then haggle until you agree, I guess. TBH, I'm on the other side of this equation and I'd respect any potential employee who just said to me "just cash".
