Most expensive means that it's the best. Right? (right?)
- Jgrubb 10y agoYou should read the article (or even just the subtitle of the article) which takes the position that all that spending on one tiny little expansion is what keeps us from being able to spend larger amounts on projects that really would benefit a lot of people.
