Isn't it a foregone conclusion that he will now that he's been elected?
- mcintyre1994 10y agoWhy would he do that? I think it's pretty much guaranteed he won't at this point.
- drawnwren 10y agoI was under the impression that it is legally required of presidents but not candidates. edit: It looks like it's not a legal requirement, just a tradition. I suppose time will tell.
