I find Tab Snooze (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tab-snooze/pdiebiamhaleloakpcgmpnenggpjbcbm?hl=en https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tab-snooze/pdiebia...) to be better for my tab hoarding needs. I feel that if I wanted to organize all my tabs I would just use bookmarks to do so rather than Toby. With Tab Snooze, tabs will automatically recall themselves on a set schedule - once or recurring - or "someday" randomly which is fun. I did install Great Suspender which will also help me a lot.
