The concept on anonymity in the future for these pensioners will go away whether they like it or not. Instant facial recognition will present pensioners (& others) to everyone. I can see where citizens charge them more or demand they pay for public services - or spend their money on the tax region from which it was sourced. Legislation wont bring change but people will.
