I really hope Facebook wins though. Last time I checked Face recognition creates 3 floats from a face. I'm not sure Facebook's specifics but in general that how it works. So in a way I'm amazed a face can be turned into 3 numbers, and also think it's silly to sue over 3 numbers in the grand scheme of things.
