Assuming you are the only one that controls the GAI then yes, you will be more powerful than the entire planet. The government and Google are powerful because they have all those brains working together to solve and accomplish problems and tasks, respectively. But a single GAI can outdo all of them in any task. A GAI will be smarter than the entire human race combined. It really does not matter how much computing power you have if it is not GAI.
