After a rough first year when nobody wanted or saw potential on my product, my SaaS (http://boxfactura.com http://boxfactura.com) is profitable, healthy and we have high hopes for 2017. I learned the hard way to stop focusing on liking everybody, and making better business decisions, especially regarding partners.
