- myrion 10y agoI think that's to avoid the whole Jakob Appelbaum kerfuffle. Both he and the rest of the TOR leadership were banned from giving talks this year.
- shawn-butler 10y agoThat seems anathema to the stated aims of ccc. Do you have a reference for this or personal knowledge?
- myrion 10y agoSadly just people I talked to. As I understand it, they felt that the technical stuff would be overshadowed by other stuff, and that things weren't clear enough, so instead of potentially picking a side, they refrained from both. Unfortunately this is all second or third hand, so take it witha grain of salt.
