You're right, no one denies that Saddam was a creation of the United States, whether or not the chemical weapons came from us originally. We deal enough munitions internationally that if we didn't sell them to Saddam directly it would only have been an oversight. I'm still not quite following what you're saying though -- what double-use fabrics are you talking about? And what CIA error? I'm reading Germany is supplying arms and training to Kurdish anti-ISIL fighters, what do you think about that?
