I've been doing the same. I think of them as the "browser of record" and the "accounts not yet tied to my full id browser." I'm thinking that the next steps in the arms race (if needed) are along the lines of putting one or both of them in virtual machines, having one or both use some different proxies. I like better the idea of a greasemonkey script that would block sites from reading my facebook id.
