I'm wondering why corporations keep plastering those all over their designs.
- mcav 16y agoI was under the impression that it was good practice to use those marks, primarily to make sure people know you're presenting a trademark (registered or not). Obviously Google's big enough to not need that. Legal hounds: Is there a time when one does or doesn't need the ™/®?
