Do Doctors Need to be Taught the History of Medicine?
- jo_smiles 10y agoWhat's next? Do math education specialists need to be taught the history of the debate over whether mathematics education should include the history of mathematics?
- jaclaz 10y agoCertainly yes (within limits), and as many people said above that applies to all fields. Sometimes knowing how/by whom/when something was discovered or entered into practice gives some perspective on what you are doing today.
