Is Appcelerator(Titanium) still a good bet to create mobile app?

Given the recent Apple developer TOS, how much is a risk to use Appcelerator to create an app targeting iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry. Apple is squarely targeting Flash so there is a slight chance that Appcelerator (like Unity) will be able to circumvent the restriction. What do you think?
