I've come off Lexapro with some odd 'brain' sensations but nothing super serious, 2 week taper from 15mg. I ended up coming back on it though. It helps a lot!

- mrbill 10y agoI had occasional brain zaps when first on Lexapro (the first SSRI I ever took) but it wasn't bad.
