XORs only lose information if you overwrite the input values.
- TeMPOraL 10y agoIn that way everything is trivially "reversible", so this is not a meaningful category. What is meant by reversible operation is that you can get its input from just the output.
- barrkel 10y agoIt is a weird choice of irreversible CPU operation, though. Something like MOV / LD etc. would probably be a better choice.
