I've usually heard that dry food is marginally better for cats, since it's better for their teeth. Otherwise, nutritional content is the same.

I've usually heard that dry food is marginally better for cats, since it's better for their teeth. Otherwise, nutritional content is the same.
- Sgt_Apone 10y agoMy vet told us to alternate between wet and dry servings. Cats are designed to get water from their meals and it helps for cats that don't like to drink water on their own. Dry food helps with their dental hygiene like you said though. Nutritionally I think they're more or less the same.
