Why is this simple notion mentioned nowhere in the EFF letter?
- pohl 16y agoAs much as I hate the idea of defending FB, the article clearly mentions California computer crime law, which is legislated, as part of FB's argument. The EFF lawyer knows this, and that's why your inequality wasn't mentioned.
