I don't understand how you could take out $2m and expect not to go to jail or to have any consequences for your actions. That blows my mind.
- mikeash 10y agoThey gave it to him. It was a mistake, but you're allowed to accept a gift like that. I think he was deeply in the wrong to do so, but not in a "go to jail" sense of wrong.
